Data Deletion Request
Your Right to Delete Your Data
AstronixMarketing respects your right to have your personal data deleted. If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to our platform, you can request the removal of all data we collected through that connection at any time.
What Data We Delete
Upon a deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your Facebook and Instagram profile information (name, username, profile picture)
- Facebook Page and Instagram access tokens stored on our servers
- Linked Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and account connections
- Scheduled posts associated with your Facebook or Instagram account
- Analytics data collected from your Facebook Pages
- All other personal data tied to your account
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
- Log in to your AstronixMarketing account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion — all data is removed within 30 days
Option 2 — Email us directly
Send a deletion request to info@astronixmarketing.online with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
Option 3 — Revoke Facebook access directly
- Go to your Facebook App Settings
- Find AstronixMarketing in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
- Then email us to delete any remaining data from our servers
Deletion Timeline
- Facebook and Instagram connection data: deleted immediately on request
- Account data: deleted within 30 days
- Backup copies: purged within 90 days
- Some data may be retained longer if required by law
