1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AstronixMarketing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
AstronixMarketing is a social media management platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@astronixmarketing.online.
4. Connected Social Accounts
When you connect your social media accounts, you grant AstronixMarketing permission to publish content on your behalf. You remain responsible for all content published through the Service. You may revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting your accounts.
5. Subscription, Billing & Refunds
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with up to 10 posts per day. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- Paid Plans: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. Annual plans save 20%.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. Requests must be sent to support@astronixmarketing.online. After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Account Termination
- By you: You may close your account at any time from Settings. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
- By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. No refund will be issued.
- Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The content you create and publish through the Service remains yours. AstronixMarketing does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
The AstronixMarketing platform, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
AstronixMarketing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@astronixmarketing.online and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
